We had an exceptional experience here! From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the airport shuttle service and the friendly welcome drink on arrival. The room was sparkling clean and had everything we needed, including tea and coffee facilities, a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sitting area. The soundproofed rooms ensured a peaceful night's sleep.

When my 6-year-old accidentally put a do not disturb sign on our door, they arranged for a thorough clean-up when we returned. The breakfast spread was delicious, with a mix of English and Georgian dishes. We especially loved dining in the wine cellar restaurant and on the terrace. The cleanliness of the facility and the friendliness of the staff really stood out to us.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. it's in an excellent location with a metro station close by, making travel easy. the room was clean and comfortable with a great bathroom. the breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. the staff was super helpful and provided great service throughout our stay. We enjoyed the view from the terrace and appreciated the free Netflix access on the TV. we highly recommend this hotel.

That we had to wait to check out while the hotel staff checked the room, but it wasn't a big issue.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and we received two complementary Easter eggs upon arrival. the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and local attractions. Plus, the breakfast was pretty decent.

the room was extremely hot and stuffy, and we couldn't seem to get the temperature to decrease even when we opened the windows.
